Thank you for purchasing a ticket to a RELOVD Shopping Event.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to the following
Terms & Conditions:
 
TICKET PURCHASE
  • We advise that tickets are purchased in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • (There maybe tickets available on the day, but we cannot guarantee that.)
  • Tickets are valid only for the event date, time and venue shown in the ticket  description.
  • Each ticket admits one person.
  • A valid ticket must be presented upon arrival.
  • All attendees aged 16 and over require a valid ticket.
 
RELOVD is designed primarily as an adult shopping experience.
Children under 16 may attend free of charge when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult, however parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children are supervised at all times.

RELOVD reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to provide proof of purchase.
 
 
EVENT EXPERIENCE
RELOVD is a boutique shopping event featuring premium pre-loved clothing, shoes and accessories sold by independent sellers.
 
RELOVD
does not, inspect or guarantee any items offered for sale by individual sellers.
 
  • All purchases are made directly between the buyer and the seller.
  • RELOVD is not responsible for the quality, condition, authenticity or suitability of items purchased.
  • Any queries regarding purchased items should be directed to the seller.

COMPLIMENTARY OFFERS
Where included with your ticket:
• One complimentary glass of fizz will be provided to guests aged 18 or over.
• Proof of age may be requested.
• Complimentary offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• Restaurant discounts are subject to the terms and availability of the participating venue.
 
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by RELOVD.
• If RELOVD cancels the event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future event.
  • PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
Photographs and video footage may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By attending, you acknowledge that images may be used by RELOVD on social media, websites and marketing materials.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please notify a member of the RELOVD team on arrival.
  • LIABILITY
Attendees enter the event at their own risk.
RELOVD accepts no responsibility for:
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Damage to personal property
  • Purchases made from individual sellers
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
 
CONDUCT
RELOVD aims to provide a welcoming, friendly and enjoyable experience for all guests.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any attendee to leave if their behaviour is considered disruptive, offensive or unsafe.
