RELOVD SELLER TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
Thank you for booking a space at a RELOVD Shopping Event.
Our aim is to create a stylish, welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for both sellers and shoppers.
 
By booking a space, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
 
BOOKING & PAYMENT
• Seller spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• Full payment is required to secure your booking.
• Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
• RELOVD reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.
 
SELLER SPACES
• Sellers may book a rail, table or rail and table package.
• Sellers are responsible for bringing and displaying their own stock.
• Sellers must keep their allocated space tidy and presentable throughout the event.
 
ITEMS PERMITTED FOR SALE
Suitable items include:
• Women's clothing
• Men's clothing
• Children's clothing
• Shoes
• Handbags
• Jewellery
• Fashion accessories
• Vintage and upcycled fashion
All items must be:
• Clean
• Good quality
• In wearable condition
• Accurately described
RELOVD reserves the right to request the removal of any unsuitable items.
ITEMS NOT PERMITTED
The following items may not be sold:
• Counterfeit goods
• Damaged or heavily stained clothing
• Unsafe products
• Food or drink (unless agreed in advance)
• Offensive, illegal or inappropriate items
SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Sellers are responsible for:
• Pricing their own items
• Managing their own sales
• Accepting their own payments
• Providing any required change or card payment facilities
RELOVD does not process transactions between sellers and shoppers.
SET-UP & PACK DOWN
• Sellers must arrive during the designated set-up period.
• All displays must be fully set up before the event opens.
• Sellers must remain for the duration of the event unless agreed otherwise.
• At the end of the event, sellers must remove all stock, rails, tables and rubbish.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
All stock and personal belongings remain the responsibility of the seller.
RELOVD accepts no liability for:
• Loss
• Theft
• Damage
to stock, cash or personal belongings before, during or after the event.
CANCELLATIONS
• Seller bookings are non-refundable.
• If a seller can no longer attend, they should notify RELOVD as soon as possible.
• If RELOVD cancels an event, sellers will be offered either a full refund or transfer to a future event.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Sellers must:
• Keep walkways clear
• Ensure displays are safe and secure
• Follow any venue instructions
• Report any hazards immediately
CONDUCT
RELOVD is a friendly and inclusive community event.
We ask all sellers to:
• Treat others with respect
• Be courteous to shoppers and fellow sellers
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere
RELOVD reserves the right to remove any seller whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
THE RELOVD STANDARD
RELOVD is a boutique shopping event, not a car boot sale or jumble sale.
We ask all sellers to present their clothing and accessories neatly and professionally to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
